Sales Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a sales office coordinator to support the Sales Team by providing office administration services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

*Calling customers to update and answer questions relating to sales quotations
*Corresponding with clients by email
*Producing sales quotes
*Organizing orders
*Producing site layouts
*Data entry and management, sales and accounting
*Assisting with client orders
*Other duties as required

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
*Experience with handling sales calls
*Requires good interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employees
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM platform
